Trenton Riley
Trenton is the president and broker of SD City Homes. With an extensive knowledge of San Diego County real estate, Trenton leads this outstanding team of agents. Besides serving as the office broker, Trenton heads the Builder Services group. He also oversees all transactions in the office and ensures that all of SD City Homes' clients delighted with the service they receive. A resident of North Park, he has a deep enthusiasm for the city neighborhoods and is loves to share that knowledge and excitement with clients and friends. Trenton works with family, friends, and referrals to buy and sell homes, as well.
Tom D'Amico
Tom has been working and living in the San Diego area for the past 20 years. Tom holds a BS from the University of Illinois in Accounting. Tom is very involved in the San Diego Community. He has volunteered for Mama's Kitchen, a local non profit organization, for the past 10 years. Tom specializes in assisting home buyers and sellers in central San Diego. This area includes Point Loma, Mission Hills, Ocean Beach, North Park, Hillcrest, University Heights, and Downtown. Tom's follow-through and communication skills are the reason people love to work with him.
Eric Paulin
Eric lives and works in the Metro area. He has managed the sale of several hundred condominiums over the years, representing both buyers and sellers. Eric also has extensive experience in the real estate related field of corporate housing and prides himself on customer service and satisfaction. In addition to helping home buyers and sellers, Eric currently manages our larger apartment complexes and oversees the assets of our investor clients in our property management division.
Jean L'Heureux
Jean, our residential property manager, has been handling the management of residential units since 1991. He speaks French, Italian, and Spanish. He is committed to providing you with the best professional and personalized service. Jean's depth of experience in the property management field is a great asset to SD City Homes and our clients. Prior to his career in real estate, Jean spent thirty years as a member of an international church organization, doing administrative work in the USA and Italy.
Bryan Lee
A North Park resident, Bryan has been helping buyers and sellers fulfill their real estate dreams since 2003. Bryan is a professional dedicated to making sure his clients have the best real estate transaction experience possible. In his spare time he stays involved with the community and volunteers for the Non-profit Home Start.
Sarah Wynn
Sarah is from Southern California and has lived in San Diego for nearly a decade. She received her BA from Azusa Pacific University and is a Point Loma Nazarene Alum. Her professional career includes 7 years sales experience. She specialized in 1st time Buyers & helping newlyweds find their homes but is experienced in Short Sales, Bank-owned Foreclosures, Fix & Flip Projects, & Property Management. Her diligence, honesty and compassion for her clients are what set her apart from the rest.
Chris Cocio
Christopher Cocio has been a Realtor in both San Diego and San Francisco since 2004. With a wealth of knowledge regarding the metro neighborhoods of San Diego, he is excited to be back in the wonderful city that he enjoys so much.
